Blood on the Tiki Dance Floor

You see a man stumbling out of the surf, he is bleeding from his head and has a gun in his hand he comes onto the dance floor, waving his pistol about. His clothes are ripped and soaking wet, the water pools where he momentarily stops. He has an enormous tattoo of the Virgin Mary on his chest. Adam moves between the stranger and Savina. The man points his gun at Adam and Screams!

“Do you hear the sirens?

::Begins screaming at the top of his lungs shaking, spraying blood.::

:: I continue typing for an amount of time () looking at him the whole time so he knows I'm paying him attention. (Appearance + Expression) + Willpower. I oscillate the power running through the wiring leading to the lights through the apparatus I've already linked up to the local lighting. I slip another USB stick with Copper wiring wrapped around the exposed circuitry and a glass bead with what appears to be mercury at the top. Sparks fly out of the side of my laptop. As the lighting grid lets out a massive magnetic wave intended to pull the gun out of his hand. The lights will blow out in the resulting pulse:: I roll 2.(Arête + Willpower) and 3-4. (Arête X 2).

Ok here is the deal, I feel that this is a Difficult vulgar effect requiring . (Similar uses that would not be vulgar would include overloading the lighting and leaving everyone in pitch darkness thereby giving him penalties to any attack, overheating the wires and causing them to melt dropping one of the large lights on his person hopeing to injure him or cause him to drop the gun.) Since this is a vulgar effect without witnesses thanks to Adam and Savina the dif is highest sphere+4 im calling this a forces 3 effect. So dif 7 base. -1 for near a node, -1 for unique focus, +1 fast –casting(spending only one round per arête roll) Making adjusted dif roll 6 for the first roll, I have continued to read deeper into the rules and if you are not planning on more than three rolls you may still roll another time but at +1 dif.

The dance floor and surrounding area is suddenly enveloped in darkness as the lights in the area are extinguished. Ill need a stamina roll dc 7 to not be "blinded" for 2 rounds and all perception diffs are at +2 for the next 3 rounds then at standard darkness diffs.
