Looking for an adventure.

Perhaps I've been watching too much American television (Lost) but I feel that this island needs to be explored. My sister and I will be doing so, who would like to go with us?

My name's Nero.

If we are going to do this thing, we might as well do it right. Okay. First, we need to think about survival. We are going to go and expose ourselves to a most savage paradise, so need provisions. I'm talking eats, here, food and water. Water and food, natch? and something to carry it in. I suggest a cooler, so as our goodies don't go bad on our way to grandma's. Second we need ice, because that's just solid water, which we need. For food, I suggest fermented bread, in bottles preferably.

Second, we need light. I know my friend Papi, here, smokes. (::To Papi::Hey, how about one of those while we're at it.) And that means he's got fire. FI-RE. Prometheous' gift to man. I imagine we will be seeing some drift wood along the way, which we'll make into toarches, good, or a camp-fire, better.

Lastly, I just happened to bring my guitar*, which we will need, in case of bears.

I "Empower Self" (mind) to "Future Sight" (time), subconsciencely, every time I wake, so that I can "happen" to have any object I could "reasonably" have gotten, previously. A cheap, dirty, and definately GM fiat form of the "Magic Useful Bag", as seen on the "Dungeon and Dragons" TV cartoon: Presto's Hat. I roll at the time of need, and if I succeed (GM sets needed number of successes, casting sets difficulty), I "happen " to have grabbed or purchased the item before being here (Time and Logic allowing, GM fiat).

::Turns to Johny and Savina:: I believe the lady is correct. This is the tropics. The island will provide for us.

::Smiles:: So, why don't we go in two groups. Myself, and Ms... Savina, is it? Will go west. The young man, and the old one ::said good-naturedly (charisma + etiquette {enchanting voice}):: Can fight for my sister's attention as they head East. And we'll follow the outer crescent and meet for some lunch in the middle? And Johny, don't forget that guitar.

I wouldn't want her to be "bollocksed-up" as you would say. A proper, English, gentleman to watch out for her interests is what I need. I tell you what. There will be two girls with them now. You watch out for both of them, and I will see to it that you're luggage makes it to your new room at the resort. I'm certain that Jill can show me which it is. Is this okay? ::Wears a friendly smile as he speaks.::

"Capital! Well met papi, well met." ::Runs out the door to catch up with the 'adventuring' party.::

::waits for everyone but papi to leave:: "so you talked yourself out of the adventure you were looking for why?"

Who, me? Come now, Martin. I can find adventure anywhere. May I have one for the road? I have to go find Jill ::begins gathering up the pile of luggage into something manageable::
