{I'm still going through all the details on how i get difficulties and number of successes needed until everyone has a good grasp on the system. I'm sure you don't want to hear this but this is a vulgar effect but since no one on the boat is a sleeper it has no witnesses so that makes the base dc highest sphere+4: 7. Now for the modifiers Near a node -3 Fast casting+1 bringing our final dc to 5. This gives you two successes and heals 2 standard health levels on the patient. You also gain one paradox for the vulgar effect.
